When you contact KubeS

If you send an enquiry, the information you choose to provide—such as your name, email address, company and project details—is used to respond, prepare a quotation and discuss or deliver the requested work. This is processed to take steps towards a contract or, for general business enquiries, for the legitimate interest of handling business correspondence.

Email and service providers

Email links open your own email application. This website does not submit an enquiry form or store enquiry details in a website database. Messages sent to the published Gmail address are handled by Google’s email service and any providers needed to deliver agreed work. The hosting provider may process technical connection information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Cookies and analytics

The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, use visitor tracking scripts, or load third-party fonts. Hosting infrastructure may process technical data under the hosting provider’s own terms.

Keeping and sharing information

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide agreed services and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Information may be disclosed where required by law. Please avoid sending confidential client material with an initial enquiry; suitable sharing arrangements can be agreed first.
